OSHO Active Meditation
Osho Active Meditations are a series of meditative practices developed by the spiritual teacher Osho. These meditations are designed to be a more active form of meditation, and often involve physical movement, music, or other stimuli in order to bring about a state of mindfulness and relaxation. The goal of Osho Active Meditations is to help individuals release tension and access a deeper state of consciousness. There are several different types of Osho Active Meditations, each with its own specific set of instructions and guidelines. Some popular Osho Active Meditations include:
Dynamic Meditation: Involves intense physical activity, such as jumping, shaking, and shouting, to release pent-up energy and emotions.
Nadabrahma Meditation: Involves sitting still and making humming sounds with the mouth while focusing on the breath.
Kundalini Meditation: Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance, and be transformed into bliss and joy.
Vipassana Meditation: Involves sitting still and focusing on the present moment, observing thoughts and sensations without judgment.
It's important to note that Osho Active Meditations are just one form of meditation, and there are many other types of meditative practices that individuals may find more suitable for their needs and goals. It's always a good idea to research and understand the specific guidelines and instructions for any meditation practice before trying it out.
OSHO Meditative Theraphies
Osho Meditative Therapies are a form of therapy that combines traditional psychotherapy techniques with meditative practices developed by the spiritual Master Osho. These therapies are designed to help individuals overcome psychological and emotional challenges and achieve a state of greater well-being.
Osho Meditative Therapies can be conducted in individual or group sessions and may include a variety of techniques, such as:
Breathing exercises
Body awareness techniques
Visualization and imagery
Guided meditation
Movement and dance
Some of the goals of Osho Meditative Therapies include increasing self-awareness, reducing stress and anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and fostering greater personal growth and development. It's important to note that while meditative practices can be beneficial for some individuals, they may not be suitable for everyone. It's always a good idea to speak with a qualified mental health professional to determine the best course of treatment for your specific needs and goals.
